My kids did art classes the whole week everyday, and absolutely loved it! Beautiful studio, attentive instructors. Sandra was phenomenal in her instructions and dedication. Girls had lots of fun!

The instructors are not only talented but also super supportive, making the sessions fun and motivating. Whether you’re just getting started or have some experience, it’s a great place to explore urban art and push your creativity further. I left feeling inspired and already looking forward to going back 🙂
Fred and Sonya are fantastic instructors, I was working in the studio every day for two weeks in June. I amazed myself with the incredible art I produced. Fred is a lexicon of art in all aspects, willing to dispense his knowledge with joy and enthusiasm.!
I miss them. Now I am working in Yellowknife, but as soon as I can, I will be back. If you have dreamed of becoming an artist, let Fred and Sonya lead you on your path! I did… no turning back now!
I highly recommend Urban Art Studio for art classes. I’ve been taking drawing classes with Fred and have really enjoyed them. The classes are very reasonably priced, flexible to schedule, and the one-on-one teaching allows you to progress through the lessons very quickly. I’ve noticed a dramatic improvement in my sketching in only 3 classes.
